What a complete waste of time and money. There was a 250$ We called scheduled with them in the morning, they couldn't show up, fine, we rescheduled with them a morning two weeks later, and they didn't show up in the morning AGAIN. They swear up and down they would be there later in the afternoon, but frankly we can't run our lives around this clown of a company. I hired this company to move my daughter in August 2019. They quoted me a price and did not stick to it. It was double what I was quoted AND they were hours late to the job. If that wasn't enough they had my $1,000 sleep number mattress out on the pavement. I took pictures of this as it was happening and sent them to the manager who did nothing. Most of this experience was awful. First, they were to be here between 8 and 10 AM. At 12 I called, and they were trying to find a driver. They said they'd be there by 3. At 4:30, they called and asked f they could come tomorrow between 8 and 10. I agreed, and they finally showed up the next day at 12:30 PM. There were three movers, one of whom moved very little. My daughter used this company. They charged an outrageous amount for a one bedroom apt move to a one story small house. They scratched the newly refinished floors badly and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. DO NOT use this company. They are the worst. Unprofessional and dishonest. She ended up paying WAY more than she should have for her floors to be ruined.

At first everything was good. Then They broke 2 doors. They were in a hurry and forgot to move everything Then at the new house they left the shrink wrap on the couch and just left it in the middle of the room. One movers dropped a box and he left everything that fell out of it on the floor. He kept telling me how he was saving me money by taking off this or that off my bill but now I'm left with two houses that are a mess!! I might just cry!!

If you were to pick three people off the street at random, they'd likely be as experienced - or more - than the moving crew I had. The day started with the driver backing the van into a neighbor's car and went down from there. The crew was inexperienced and lacked basic tools for the job. Three items were damaged, boxes were dropped, etc. Despite having a complete inventory of items, the crew appeared to be unaware of the size of the move and lost at least an hour re-loading the van. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! I wish there was negative stars to give. I had the worst experience and feel cheated & lied to. I had All My Sons move my one bedroom to a different location. When I called I asked for an estimate and got told it would $318 for the move plus an hour of travel. I was sitting at quote of $477 for the total move. I repeatedly asked if this was the total price for the move and was told yes. Horrible service and the movers bullied my 76 yr old mom into a $150 tip ($50 cash to each). He asked for the tip as he was receiving payment for the move that can't be unloaded until it's paid for. She didn't know what to do, so she paid it. When I called the office asking for half of it back, he said he would investigate it and get back with me. Never got back with me.
