At first everything was good. Then They broke 2 doors. They were in a hurry and forgot to move everything Then at the new house they left the shrink wrap on the couch and just left it in the middle of the room. One movers dropped a box and he left everything that fell out of it on the floor. He kept telling me how he was saving me money by taking off this or that off my bill but now I'm left with two houses that are a mess!! I might just cry!!

If you were to pick three people off the street at random, they'd likely be as experienced - or more - than the moving crew I had. The day started with the driver backing the van into a neighbor's car and went down from there. The crew was inexperienced and lacked basic tools for the job. Three items were damaged, boxes were dropped, etc. Despite having a complete inventory of items, the crew appeared to be unaware of the size of the move and lost at least an hour re-loading the van. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! I wish there was negative stars to give. I had the worst experience and feel cheated & lied to. I had All My Sons move my one bedroom to a different location. When I called I asked for an estimate and got told it would $318 for the move plus an hour of travel. I was sitting at quote of $477 for the total move. I repeatedly asked if this was the total price for the move and was told yes. Horrible service and the movers bullied my 76 yr old mom into a $150 tip ($50 cash to each). He asked for the tip as he was receiving payment for the move that can't be unloaded until it's paid for. She didn't know what to do, so she paid it. When I called the office asking for half of it back, he said he would investigate it and get back with me. Never got back with me. Olathe KS- should be ZERO STARS Scheduled them for 9:00 AM showed up at 4:45 PM. They were tired from moving someone else all day in extreme heat. Took six hours to move small apartment across town. Dropped, broke, damaged numerous furniture items and boxes. We're clueless on loading a truck. Then charged me two extra hours because it was "too late at night for boss to redo invoice" and said would be refunded next day...of course it wasn't!! $1500 for a small apartment move 4 miles!! 14% duel surcharge that was undisclosed. ... read more

This was by far the worst moving experience I have had to date. They were disrespectful towards by belongs, broke items, damaged doorways, and even urinated in my apartment parking lot! I highly recommend staying far away from this company.

After an in-home evaluation of my belongings I hired AMS for moving services into a pod prior to the sale of my home. The representative seemed very professional, polite, and appeared knowledgeable. I was informed that all my belongings would be padded and wrapped, that mirrors/glass table tops would be put in appropriate cartons, and that TV's would be taken off their stands and the screen would be placed in TV cartons. Horrible moving company. Got quoted by 2 different people what seemed to be a reasonable price. Put down 100.00 deposit to secure my spot a month prior to my move. 2days before my move they called and asked if I could be "flexible'" and move a day early because they over booked.
