So normally I don’t like to complain about businesses on social media, but the experience we had with All My Sons moving has been nothing short of atrocious!! They didn’t load all our stuff, they took far longer than they needed to, they didn’t bother to help find solutions when we nearly missed our move out deadline and they damaged our refrigerator and offered us $192.00 (0.60 per pound of the item). If you’re moving, do NOT use All My Sons moving company. *******They’re awful. They were supposed to call on Friday to let us know what time they would be moving us on Saturday... no one called! We called at the end of the day, “oh yeah, it’ll be in the afternoon, but we will call 30 to 60 minutes ahead of time and let you know we’re on our way.” On Saturday, they called us 3 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARRIVED!! I cancelled their services and I still haven't been refunded my $100 deposit. I've filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's Office

This company was moving in a neighbor today. The truck was blocking the road, I asked him to move the truck so cars could get by. and his response was"not my problem. " He was rude and very unprofessional.

I moved one mile from my address and my move was $710. Very unprofessional by throwing my couch pillows down the stairs. Then to the new address they halfway moved stuff. Left stuff outside and in the middle of my living room. I had to call back For them to finish their job. But I was credited back $50

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. For starters, I caught the guys moving another tenant’s furniture. Considering how slow they were moving, I wasn’t very happy to see that. We arrived at the new location and was given a final price that was double what I was quoted. It wasn’t until the movers left that I realized the table on the patio was missing. One of the shelves for my bookcase was also missing. One of the lamps in my bedroom was also broken. Bad Experience: BEWARE of “All My Sons Moving and Storage of Kansas”. My husband and I moved on Sunday, April 19th. The moving crew was WONDERFUL. Jimmy Pennington, self proclaimed owner..was the worst human I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately and accidentally the crew made a hole in a hard to turn corner with a large couch. I called Jimmy, he was rude, unprofessional, and his overall disposition was unkind.
