These people are con artists. They quote you a price, then they move your stuff. Once they get to the new place, the bill is twice as much as they told you. You can't get your stuff until you sign the documents. They also took an hour break and charged us for it, after saying they wouldn't. They charged us for packing materials they didn't use. I believe this is the first review I've ever had to write for a company. I absolutely hate writing reviews. I bid out several moving companies and settled on all my sons largely due to the fact the sales manager personally assured me she has never witnessed a move for a one bedroom take longer than three to three and a half hours. This is probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Movers arrived at my place and started going over all of the "fees" associated with my move. Come to find out there are a multitude of "standard charges" that I was never told about. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They damaged almost everything they touched. Dents, dings, scratches, gouges. I watched them drop items off their truck. I watched them drag items across the asphalt. They seriously under-quoted their bid and the movers didn't arrive until almost 10am for a 9+ hour move. They dropped one desk through a plate glass window and when it came time for them to replace the desk and take care of the damages they caused, they offered less than the cost of replacing the desk. I called several companies and decided on this one. It was a bad choice. I made a deposit and waited for moving day. They arrived two hours late. The moving truck was full of trash and they had to pick up all of that and dispose of it before they could even start moving me. Guess what? They had no way to dispose of it, so I got out my large trash bags and they filled two of those and I had to dispose of their trash, which meant taking it in my car to my new home and putting it out on the curb for the next day pick up. What a complete waste of time and money. There was a 250$ We called scheduled with them in the morning, they couldn't show up, fine, we rescheduled with them a morning two weeks later, and they didn't show up in the morning AGAIN. They swear up and down they would be there later in the afternoon, but frankly we can't run our lives around this clown of a company. I hired this company to move my daughter in August 2019. They quoted me a price and did not stick to it. It was double what I was quoted AND they were hours late to the job. If that wasn't enough they had my $1,000 sleep number mattress out on the pavement. I took pictures of this as it was happening and sent them to the manager who did nothing. Most of this experience was awful. First, they were to be here between 8 and 10 AM. At 12 I called, and they were trying to find a driver. They said they'd be there by 3. At 4:30, they called and asked f they could come tomorrow between 8 and 10. I agreed, and they finally showed up the next day at 12:30 PM. There were three movers, one of whom moved very little. My daughter used this company. They charged an outrageous amount for a one bedroom apt move to a one story small house. They scratched the newly refinished floors badly and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. DO NOT use this company. They are the worst. Unprofessional and dishonest. She ended up paying WAY more than she should have for her floors to be ruined.
