Left us high and dry. Trusted them to get us moved-timing was extremely important. Never showed up. Tried to call 4 times. Got the runaround and told they'll get back to us. Finally, 4 hours later, they tell me they "can't fit us in today". Not ok. Begged, pleaded. Nope. Now I understand why they are a one star. Horrible. Run away!

Don't bother. Move on to the next moving company. Called in advance to schedule a 2 bedroom apt move. Was told 1st hourly price was wrong and it would be more. I agreed with the new higher price. Was asked and I gave the All My Sons agent my credit card information to secure the slot. We called the day before the move to follow-up as we hadn't heard anything from them. Was told we were not on the schedule an there was nothing they could do. Put us in a real bind.

All My Sons Moving is unethical, disrespectful/rude and conducting fraudulent business practice. Do not hire this company. My husband and I chose All My Sons Moving & Storage from three bids after Jonathan Brown, estimator and moving specialist, came to our house a few weeks prior to our moving to walk through our entire house to estimate the cost of our move and provide us with a written estimate. I used All My Sons Moving on May 8th, 2020. My boyfriend & I received a call at 8:15AM that they would arrive at our apartment in 30-45 minutes. They arrived & they were decently fast at moving everything out..but they were unprofessional & didn't stay focused. Travis & his coworker just wanted to talk about their multiple wives & how often they drink on the weekends I am all for talking to your customers, but this is not the way either one of us wanted to be talked to. These people are con artists. They quote you a price, then they move your stuff. Once they get to the new place, the bill is twice as much as they told you. You can't get your stuff until you sign the documents. They also took an hour break and charged us for it, after saying they wouldn't. They charged us for packing materials they didn't use. They claimed the gas bill was $800 for a half our of driving. They lied and said someone would call us to fix the price as part of the process. Of course the person never called and... read more

I believe this is the first review I've ever had to write for a company. I absolutely hate writing reviews. I bid out several moving companies and settled on all my sons largely due to the fact the sales manager personally assured me she has never witnessed a move for a one bedroom take longer than three to three and a half hours. This is probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Movers arrived at my place and started going over all of the "fees" associated with my move. Come to find out there are a multitude of "standard charges" that I was never told about. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They damaged almost everything they touched. Dents, dings, scratches, gouges. I watched them drop items off their truck. I watched them drag items across the asphalt. They seriously under-quoted their bid and the movers didn't arrive until almost 10am for a 9+ hour move. They dropped one desk through a plate glass window and when it came time for them to replace the desk and take care of the damages they caused, they offered less than the cost of replacing the desk. I called several companies and decided on this one. It was a bad choice. I made a deposit and waited for moving day. They arrived two hours late. The moving truck was full of trash and they had to pick up all of that and dispose of it before they could even start moving me. Guess what? They had no way to dispose of it, so I got out my large trash bags and they filled two of those and I had to dispose of their trash, which meant taking it in my car to my new home and putting it out on the curb for the next day pick up.
