Unreliable, bailed on us the day we were moving. Don't bother with this company, there are many other companies to choose from in the area. Truly a shame that people would treat customers like this when most would be more than happy to assist us and take our business during these tough times.

Zero stars wasn't an option - Doug is a totally dishonest, despicable business owner. Book at your own risk!!! The company bailed last minute (the day of the move) and left us all hanging with no feedback and no response. These people are not running a business, they're running some sort of scheme. I don't know what they get out of leaving people stranded the day of their move other than one star reviews, but here's another!

I was only supposed to have 3 movers but 4 showed up. They showed up after 10:00 a.m. but charged me for a 9:30 a.m. start time. They moved really slow until my husband showed up and micromanaged them. They were good at wrapping and taping my furniture. Only 1 leg on a piece of furniture ended up broken. I did end up with some scratches my newly painted walls, and one of them stole my daughter's Air Pods off her night stand. When I called to report it, I got brushed off and dismissed. **Please read if you plan on moving with this company** I am not big on writing reviews, but this was by far the absolute worst move of my life with this company. I had scheduled for 11 am, and it took them until 6 pm to finally get to my house to start. I had to call them several times to get them to actually come move. All My Sons Movers They should get less than one star. This company takes advantage of your move by charging over the top by taking breaks every 15 minutes. We found the movers to be slow incompetent,lazy, inexperienced there boss to be rude. A job that should of taken 2 hours turned out to be 6 a simple one bedroom apt. HORRIBLE MOVERS! DO NOT USE! Not only did they chip our brand new house walls carelessly moving things into our house, along with broken lamps, tables, chipped items... (which cost almost $1700!!) they also "misplaced" THREE huge taped up boxes with valuables, sentimental and expensive items in them and claim no responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! WE SHOULD'VE USED AB movers. Sad a once reputable company doesn't take responsibility for items that "mysteriously" disappear.

Please do not use this company the assistant manager named Doug is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. Even the employees said he is abusive to them. They overcharged me greatly but I had no choice but to pay them this outrageous price because they we're going to hold my furniture hostage in the truck AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!

I called for quotes and was quoted $116 an hour. For my 2.5 hour move I was charged $576!! It was not disclosed that they would charge me a 1 hour travel time to my start location. Even 3.5 hours x $116 + $62 in fuel is $468 so they still overcharged me $100! I was also left with a broken entertainment center and a split headboard from the movers to make 2 claims on . stay away!!! never- never- never... use this company!!!! beware!!!! these people are very skilled at ripping you off!!! the management - jensen and doug are very unprofessional and rude. they will not help you with any complaint..... they will only make you feel that you are stupid and don't know crap. i have never been treated like this!! they do not deserve any stars but i had to give 1 star because i had to in order to write this review. their own people that moved me said that they hated the way that management... read more
