Don't fall for her (Corena Eden's) phony apologies and concern. All she does is pass the buck and gives you someone else's email that you never get an answer from. Was hoping to get this resolved without going through a lot of legal resources. Guess not. Again. DO NOT hire this All My Sons Moving & Storage unless you enjoy being scammed and ripped off. They like to target elderly people hoping to frighten them into paying more than was agreed. A lot more!

Id give this place 0 stars if I could, absolutely horrible customer service. Joseph Gonzales is the most unprofessional, rude, and horrible person I have ever dealt with and I have used other movers and moved 4 times over the past 3 years. He hangs up in your face and any little issue you have he will 100% turn evil and blame you. Finally got ahold of Brody O'Brien and he was as helpful as he could be in the situation but no solution. Upon scheduling movers I was informed of one cost for two movers and was told they had a minimum cost. That was fine and worked great. The problems started when they never showed up for my appointment. Then, they told me it was my fault, even though I spelled out my phone number and email address for the guy on the phone multiple times to make sure he had it right...welp, he didn't. Please do not hire this company to move anything for you. I repeat, do not hire them for any moving services. They were supposed to move my furniture and few boxes of books from a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment in the same apartment complex. They told me they charge $169 per hour. When I discussed with the scheduler, the lady told me it shouldn't take more than 3 hours but guess what??? It took 5 hours. Worst movers ever! They broke my dining room table beyond repair and when I filed a claim they offered to pay $96 for it. I paid over $1900 for the move and lost so much more.

This company will rip you off. DO NOT USE in the DFW/McKinney area! I had a small move, only moving furniture out of two rooms, no traveling. I contacted the "corporate" office for a move quote to possibly use them. I let him know this was a small move, only moving furniture out of 2 rooms and it would take probably less than an hour. He told me they round up to the hour, plus fuel charges/travel, etc., I said fine and paid my deposit. HIDDEN FEES!!!, I tried to set up a move and later found out about the hidden fees. When I tried to cancel they held my deposit( which I didn't know about either until it was too late) so I hardly had money to complete my move.

Absolutely terrible service. They called 15 minutes before end of appointment window to cancel due to vehicle issues. I had scheduled a month in advance. I HAD to move today, so accepted a smaller crew at a later time. Slow as molasses, hourly rate racking up like a taxicab from New York to Los Angeles. I moved a good 1/3 of the stuff my self and still have a full room to move myself. Once packed, we head the 1.1 miles to the new place. The truck instead pulls into KFC.
