ALL MY SONS MOVING, THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS - WORST MOVING COMPANY! I've hired a lot of moving companies in my years for my own personal moves and moves of clients as a Senior Move Manager. This was the worst and most disappointing experience of them all. The guys who do the actual moving are great. The front office guys are horrible. Under quote leading to confusion. Then over charge. Hard to get any one in the office to answer you once they collect your money

As a school bus driver, I was taking my elementary school kids home yesterday afternoon and came upon two All My Sons moving trucks parked along some houses, which were subsequently blocking me from continuing around the street corner. I honked to bring attention to the situation (as no one was in the process of moving furniture at this time, in fact the back of the truck I could see inside was empty), and a couple of guys came out and just looked at me in the bus. If I could give them zero stars I would. We set up this move two weeks in advance. They called the day before asking us to change the time to earlier because they needed to get another crew out. We said okay and moved our whole day around. They asked what we needed moved and if there were appliances. We told them there was only a refrigerator. They said we needed to disconnect the water from the wall, so we did. They got there and had no tools to remove the things they needed to get it through the door. One of the men starte... read more

I've got a lot to say about this company so bear with me. We had to move with this company on two separate dates--- moving out of our house and into storage and then moving out of storage and into our new house about a month later. I got a quote for our move out about two months in advance and had two separate people assess our house and belongings. I hired this company for a very simple move and was giving an inaccurate quote based on the fact the sent 2 inexperienced movers with not much professionalism. I was quoted 600 for a 2bd move to a storage unit 7 min away. They showed up later than the time frame given then the driver said they would start billing me 30 min prior to their arrival. I originally posted that these guys were great... however, they broke an almost brand new headboard to the point it was not usable and multiple glasses out of complete negligence. The company is hardly doing anything to fix the issues and I do not recommend using this company. I'd like to put no stars. However, that's not an option.

Worst movers ever. Reserved 3 weeks ahead and paid deposit. Don't know why they're site is saying they have good reviews but I was fooled. I was supposed to be the first on list at 8:00 am. Had to call multiple times and movers showed up 3 1/2 hours late. Both I and my fiance had scheduled our work schedules around move and had to change our schedules. Don't use this company. The sales rep makes the local Houston team sound so awesome, but don't fall for it. Long story short the busted my new dining room table, broke the tip off my 4 poster bed, did not attach the mirror to my dresser just left it leaning against the bedroom wall, tracked mud all in my new house (no runner like they promise by put down). I could go on and n. I requested help t Ike claim but no one ever got back to me. Don't waste money on this group.
