I wish I could give negative starts- DO NOT HIRE. The company does not disclose all fees- TOTAL FRAUD. All My Sons Moving Company moved our belongs from an Apartment to a House. At the time of booking, we were quoted $537.00 (labor/travel) with a 14% Fuel Surcharge for a grand total of $612.18 for 3 hours of moving (3 hours minimum per business guidelines). Absolutely the worse! I hired them to move my one bedroom apartment from the 3rd floor to a second floor. I was quoted 630 and paid 1100. It took them 5 hours, which i think is ridiculous after i was told by the company it will be done in 2. I was beyond pissed off! The workers were extremely slow wrapping everything as well. I will never hire this company again.

The quote you receive will not match what you actually pay. All of the extra hidden fees are written in emails that I know no one actually reads. They will charge you $100 for shrink wrap - you're better off wrapping everything yourself and providing blankets for large furniture. They nickel and dime you for everything. My crew specifically didn't come prepared with masks (even though you're told that this company follows CDC regulations). This company has awful customer service. I booked a move with them this past weekend, moving my 3 bedroom house into a storage unit that was across the highway from my neighborhood. (one bedroom's worth of furniture was already moved to a different location so they did not have to deal with that) Was quoted $580, total charges ended up being $1042.80. They showed up and one guy was coughing all over me when he had me sign paper work. He didn't have a mask on anything like they said they would. It was extremely upsetting having someone cough all over you during Covid. Another issue was I had all the items extremely well wrapped and packed but they said they still had to charge me for packing supplies even though they didn't use them. My husband and I decided to hire professional movers for the first time ever. I am currently pregnant (9&1/2weeks) with our first child and we have had complications with past pregnancies so we didn't want to take any chances with this one as I am also 41 years old. This company took advantage of my mother, an elderly woman living in Willis, Texas. She had a condo in Seven Coves and the movers stole her jewelry and the company refused to pay her back for the jewelry and damaged furniture. My mother filed a police report and the company refuses to take responsibility for the theft. DO NOT use this company!

Lost my HTC Vive dev kit, admitted to losing it, then forwarded me to their claims department who denied being responsible. Kept an antique magazine rack passed down by my family through three generations, promised to bring it back, never brought it back. Should change their name to "Keeps your stuff" instead of All My Sons. Quite polite on the phone and seemingly helpful but they never followed through on any promises to help, and now I've lost some irreplaceable things.
