We have never before paid someone outside of our friends and family to help us move. We pay them with pizza and beer and got 100x better results. The gentleman who came to do the walk through, gave us the price and took our deposit was very nice. The photos he showed me of previous moves his team had done were impressive. I actually felt a bit of relief thinking our move would be smooth and less stressful. Terrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars. They broke multiple things due to not packing them carefully. The movers were not professional at all and the company refused to pay an adequate amount for a replacement and/or repair of our furniture. One of the movers was very rude and he was yelling and complaining about everything all the time, he was literally throwing our boxes from the truck and broke our sleeper sofa besides damaging our furniture and TV. Stay away from this company.

I rarely complain or leave bad reviews but if you're considering any type of move, DO NOT use All My Sons Moving & Storage. Their sales team and movers are great, but if you have a claim with them you'll be shocked at how atrocious their customer service is. Trying to even get them to respond is worse than getting a root canal. And don't even bother trying to talk to a manager because they won't return messages! On 05/02/2022... I had my move from Phoenix to Lubbock. 3 men and great job. The problem was when they came to Lubbock to drop off. My contracted stated 3 person pick and 3 person drop off. I received a call that they could deliver early on the 4th instead of 5th. I was happy about that. They came very late and they was only 2 people to unload. Horrible company!!!! DO NOT Use this company if you want a good moving company! They go by the hour and they are very slow! They use tons of shrink wrap on pillows then did not even wrap my expensive stainless refrigerator, washer or dryer (which they told me they would use a blanket and shrink wrap). Hit my table and scratched but didn't tell me I just heard it and checked myself. One of the four seemed sick and sat down or was in the bathroom a lot. After using this company twice my parents rented them once again for use to move a few heavy items from a storage room to their apartment. They confirmed date and time and on the day of, they sat waiting and waiting, to no avail. My mom called them after an hour waiting, only to be informed their appointment had been pushed back to "maybe" be there by three and an "oops we thought someone called." This company is a rip off, it is unbelievable. I was quoted $189 to disassemble and move two items. When CJ (the manager) called to schedule, he told me it would be over $600! Truly a fraud company! The previous reviews are spot on! Thankfully I was able to get my deposit back.
