Worst moving experience of my life. What was supposed to be a happy day was completely destroyed since someone from the crew decided to steal my wedding and engagement rings plus 3k in cash that we had in our personal/overnight bags. Someone or at least a couple of crew members are stealing from clients. Beware!
I would give them a negative rating if I could! I should of canceled once I saw all the terrible reviews, but on Google they had semi decent reviews. I’ve hired 2 moving companies in the past and they were great! Unfortunately they were booked for the day I needed to move. So I called All My Sons for a quote. The movers were on time and efficient. That part was great. After that it went downhill. They took much longer than estimated to move my stuff. When I asked one of the movers about it, I was told that it was because they usually have 3 or 4 men for a move with my amount of stuff. Okay, understandable. Maybe that was my fault. Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Movers Marcal, Terrance, and Raquel were very professional and courteous. I was misled on the cost. I made appointment two months in advance and was quoted one price -139.00 an hour and then just before move they called and said they made a mistake and it would cost 179.00 an hour. I did not have time to find another moving company and they would not honor quote. I will not use this company again.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was mislead about the cost of this move. I was very upfront I had 9 pieces of furniture and was moving less than a quarter mile down to another apartment. 4 guys showed and only 2 actually did any work. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to the work. Then I get the bill it's $495!?! $75 dollars in Gas!?! Are you f'ning kidding me? There online reviews on Google have them at 4.9. Obviously fake reviews.
These movers like to lock in a date and time then cancel the day of. Unacceptable and would not recommend. Have enough staff before you over book yourself then leave customers unhappy with no service at all.
They waited until they got to our house to move after four conversations and a deposit to tell us our home had to be professionally cleaned. I'm physically disabled and my Mom is a senior citizen and we have to be out of our house in two days. Do not use. Scammers.
The quote I got was far different from the end price I was expected to pay after my items were loaded. 10 items and a 15 minute drive cost my almost $1,000... Which was absolutely ridiculous, seeing I was quoted $400-500. Beware there are hidden charges they throw in and never talk you about until the end. I will say that the movers themselves were very professional, and did a great job.
Not happy with this company. The movers were great, but the office staff was terrible. Watch for all of the added fees VERY CLOSELY!! Your move will be $100’s more than you expected!! They give you the final amount once they load all of your furniture on to their truck, then refuse to unload until you pay. The office staff was extremely rude.
