I paid a deposit for a move and they called and said they couldn't do the move. It has been two weeks and I have not received my refund. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I regret ever hiring this company. We moved approximately 10 miles in early May. First, I was told the movers would wear PPE, however, when they showed up none of them had any. We proceeded to let them load furniture anyway since we had a tight window to move. During the loading and unloading process they damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Do not hire this company!!!! Movers left the house w/o packing all of our belongings. Entire closets were not packed and things were left in each room. Driver called me and said they had to go and it was up to me to pack the rest for our out of town move. I called operations and they told me the same thing. Our stuff was just thrown in boxes and a large hole was punctured in a wall on our stairway landing. To top it off...we hired a professional cleaner to clean since our house is on the market. The absolute worst moving company you could ever use in Jacksonville. This is my first time leaving a review for a company EVER because I have never had bad service such as I did with this company. So disrespect, unorganized and unprofessional. They dropped my furniture right off the truck and treated me with absolute disrespect. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I used All My sons back in February 2020 to move. I paid over a 1,000 dollars for them to move me. They charge you extra if it goes over a certain time. Which is fine, but the employees worked very slow. I also saw them Just siting and talking in back of truck. It looked as if they where trying to make sure I got charged extra. To top it off, they broke two of my 50" plus TV's. They fist initial offer for my two tv's was only 60 dollars. I rejected that offer and request 300 to 400 dollars. BEWARE - BEWARE These guys are absolutely the lowest of the lows. THEY USE BAIT-AND-SWITCH and double charge you and then threaten not to leave the furniture if you don't pay the SUPER inflated price. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If you plan to use them make sure you get a written estimate first and stick to it. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! A $500 move cost me over $1,000 ! BEWARE

I was charged almost $600 for a short distant move. Honestly I don't think it took more than approximately 3 hours from beginning to end. I had done the majority of the move myself & only needed assistance with packed boxes & plastic storage totes. Upon them unloading, I noticed that the ONLY piece of furniture that I had them move had been dragged either in their truck or on the concrete, I don't know. The two guys they sent were terrific, clean and under the current Covid-19 circumstances, wore face masks and gloves. Which was appreciated! What wasn't appreciated, since it was a simple offload of our own U-Haul truck was being charged $32.04 for fuel and $89 travel time... Now that wasn't fair nor did I know about this until once they were here and I had to sign-off on that on their kindle...

My move on August 21, 2019 was a disaster! They showed up at the wrong location to start off. They loaded my furniture and totes in the van then we moved to 2nd location. When they opened the doors to the van, my furniture was not wrapped in blankets. They said the van was not stocked with any. Three of my totes were on the floor of the van knocked over, open and dishes broken. The dishes were depression glass and my mother's china from when she married my dad 65 years ago.
