First let me begin by saying that the reviews I read before I hired them were defiantly written by friends or family, or had never dealt with a great moving company before. I had them move me in mid May. 1st I was told that they would all be wearing masks. 1 of the 5 did for close to 30 minutes. This was by far one of the most hateful experiences I have ever had. I made arrangements with All My Sons after they called me back from Angies list, I explained to the rep what we had to be moved, she said I could be moved but it had to be Thursday which I agreed to. I paid the deposit, and Lawrence the Jacksonville FL rep called me the next day to go over the move. He called me again yesterday to go over everything, I went over the things to be moved again, explained that we we had to be out of the shipping location by 6 again and everything was OK the move was on. I paid a deposit for a move and they called and said they couldn't do the move. It has been two weeks and I have not received my refund. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I regret ever hiring this company. We moved approximately 10 miles in early May. First, I was told the movers would wear PPE, however, when they showed up none of them had any. We proceeded to let them load furniture anyway since we had a tight window to move. During the loading and unloading process they damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Do not hire this company!!!! Movers left the house w/o packing all of our belongings. Entire closets were not packed and things were left in each room. Driver called me and said they had to go and it was up to me to pack the rest for our out of town move. I called operations and they told me the same thing. Our stuff was just thrown in boxes and a large hole was punctured in a wall on our stairway landing. To top it off...we hired a professional cleaner to clean since our house is on the market. The absolute worst moving company you could ever use in Jacksonville. This is my first time leaving a review for a company EVER because I have never had bad service such as I did with this company. So disrespect, unorganized and unprofessional. They dropped my furniture right off the truck and treated me with absolute disrespect. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I used All My sons back in February 2020 to move. I paid over a 1,000 dollars for them to move me. They charge you extra if it goes over a certain time. Which is fine, but the employees worked very slow. I also saw them Just siting and talking in back of truck. It looked as if they where trying to make sure I got charged extra. To top it off, they broke two of my 50" plus TV's. They fist initial offer for my two tv's was only 60 dollars. I rejected that offer and request 300 to 400 dollars. BEWARE - BEWARE These guys are absolutely the lowest of the lows. THEY USE BAIT-AND-SWITCH and double charge you and then threaten not to leave the furniture if you don't pay the SUPER inflated price. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If you plan to use them make sure you get a written estimate first and stick to it. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! A $500 move cost me over $1,000 ! BEWARE

I was charged almost $600 for a short distant move. Honestly I don't think it took more than approximately 3 hours from beginning to end. I had done the majority of the move myself & only needed assistance with packed boxes & plastic storage totes. Upon them unloading, I noticed that the ONLY piece of furniture that I had them move had been dragged either in their truck or on the concrete, I don't know.
