They dropped off my furniture and walked away from the job today in Tucson, Arizona. The driver/crew Forman said they’d gone over the time and he wanted me to pay cash (reportedly to get a better price). Thinking the crew simply forgot to to reassemble the furniture I called their manager before the left the complex. I was told they had something else to do but the driver/crew leader lived close to me and would come by after work to help me assemble it. No one ever showed! If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not use this company!! I scheduled a move from Tucson to Peoria. They were to come on a Friday, organize and help with minimal packing, then come back Saturday morning to load the truck drive up and unload. This is what I was told when I made arrangements and why I chose this company. Friday came and 4 guys and a truck show up saying the are there to move me. I was told it would be $240 and hour, $100 down deposit, $4 for a small box $10 for a big one and that's it. I told the man over the phone I need help packing and putting everything in the truck. Crew comes out and had no idea I needed help packing. So the crew leader comes back with a price and its over $7k!!!!?? What the hell? So I speak to him, tell his crew to stop. Dealing with this company was a nightmare! They were 3 hours late, they charged us $500 over the quoted price since they had to pull a team from Phoenix -as the Mesa location ( that we booked 2 months in advance) because the movers all called out sick the day of our move- and we were informed of this 20 minutes before our appointment time. The manager advised we would not be charged any extra for this mistake- but HE LIED AND WE WERE CHARGED— $500 extra!!! They also dropped our gun safe ( leaving a big scrape on it) becaus... read more
Would never use them again! Items were thrown from one truck to another after it broke down. Thousands of dollars worth of damage that is not even repairable. Items not packed well.. they basically don’t care. Beware.
This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. Today in Sonoita, Arizona, this companies truck broke down with a flat tire. So the lumper’s decided while they waited for repairs to harass the local community, smoke dope in the Sonoita Mercantile Shell station’s bathroom, and protest local law enforcement. I moved in December very unexpectedly. Wasn’t packed at all. Was able to get all the big furniture and a few boxes packed. Unprofessional. Was quoted less than $200 put down $100. Next day they came. They were supposed to come at 10 then 12 then 1 didn’t show up until 2:15. Late, unprofessional, smelled like pot, and was caught looking through my daughters dresser luckily nothing really was in there!! Drove recklessly too.
