Owner is very rude. Was scheduled for move on Tuesday and never showed up. Had to call and at 2:42pm was told they would not be here until Wednesday. They dropped my front loader washer on it front side and owner said he would send a claim form by email which we have not received. Owner said claim is .60 per pound. Also my husbands air pods were stolen from our home.

I think your workers are just terrible and irresponsible for ruining, my friends property which is a bed and balcony screen door. Laurie as friend should be given a cheque, to cover costs to her property by you Or money returned to for moving costs. How irresponsible. your boys' are They never even asked, to use balcony

My mother hired this company to move her today and they never showed up, were difficult to reach by phone, and kept promising to come later and then not showing at those times. She finally had to hire another company to come in tomorrow.

I’ll start by stating the movers were very nice. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend them. We are left with multiple damages to our brand new apartment, damages to a piano that has been in our family for generations and a job that was quoted $500 but was surprised with a job that was $800. We hired movers for a piano, as I was searching for the most professional movers because our piano is a family heirloom from my spouses grandfather. It’s heavy, so we knew it would be difficult. Very expensive for what you get. They are a total rip off!! Sure the people that come to your house are respectful and they do work, but the price is very high with lots of hidden fees attached. I called to complain about the price and I got told it is what it is.... to me price matters. Never hire these guys. They will rip you off.
