Absolute worst moving experience of my life!! I have never in a million years experienced such poor organization, carelessness, and irresponsibility. Built a brand new house and this team that was sent to us dented a brand new staircase, dented walls, left huge marks all over the wall. Damaged a whole bunch of furniture. Rick was very understanding, but the owner was not professional enough to call back in regards to all of the damage done. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! VERY INEXPERIENCED.

Nightmare. Never use them. Trashed our furniture, inexperienced team, charged much more than estimate and we had already moved half of our belongings.

Originally told us they would arrive at 8:00 am. They called us at 8:15 and said they couldn't be there until 11:00 am. They called us at 11:15 and said they were 5 minutes away, but they did not arrive until 11:50. We did see them drive past our house twice from the window though. After packing up our stuff, they tried to drive away with the truck open and I had to chase them down to tell them. Do not use this company. All my Son's moving really let us down. They quoted $1200. Showed up an hour late in a rented truck. on a Saturday. They wrapped the two heaviest pieces with drawers full (instead of removing the contents with the drawers - making it much lighter - they took 45 minutes to get the first piece down the stairs). I would give them a negative rating if possible. I scheduled a morning move about 5 weeks ahead. Everything was set. When moving day morning come, I called the owner to confirm the arrival. Damian said that they COULD NOT CONTACT me by phone so they moved the pickup to the afternoon. They never attempted to text or email this change to me. I ask them why they didn't try other methods and Damian said that they just don't do that. I argued with him and recommend that they enter the 21st century. They only get one star because I had to leave a star to leave a review. Worse moving company I have ever dealt with. Ruined so many pieces of furniture and stole my elderly mothers pain medication. Company does not do anything to compensate or even try to get back to you. They should be put out of business

Never use this company. The employees nicked or ruined every piece of my furniture. The worst of their work was that the two movers decided to ROLL my round dining room table from the back of my house, across the gravel, pavers, and cement, around the side of my house, and into their truck. They did not protect the table at all and my table was ruined. Absolutely ruined. I called the company and was NEVER able to speak to the boss. He avoided all of my calls. The movers were due to arrive between 7:30 an 9 a.m. At 8:55 they called to say they would be 45 minutes late. They finally arrived and recited the terms, etc., saying that I wasn't obligated to tip them, but it would be greatly appreciated if I did. Nothing like insinuating that I should do so. When they packed my everyday handmade pottery dishes and my good cranberry glass dishes they did not mark the boxes so that I had no idea which box contained which set. this company will do a bait and switch on you! run!!!!! they will quote you a low price then double it. they had the same inventory list and it was double once they arrived. boxes were missing, pieces of furniture missing, dents and damage on so many things. the biggest rip off was telling me the big truck would not go into my complex so they needed a smaller truck, which they billed me $1000 or they would not deliver my property. afterwards many large trucks the same size came into the property! what a shit show! they out s... read more
