The All My Sons crew from Tucson, AZ arrived without any boxes for my 9/19/17 move. After loading, the truck would not start at my home and needed to be jump started by my car. They wrapped my furniture in Saran Wrap (no padding at all) and after arrival and my unwrapping the furniture I realized there was scrapes, gouges and with my new living room set the tape took the material off. Just called All My Sons to get a quote on moving some things into a truck. The price they quoted me was quite a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere for the same work. I started to tell the guy on the phone that I was going to check out some other places to compare prices. He kept interrupting and insisting on things that weren't true about moving my stuff, even though he'd never seen it and had no idea how much stuff I have. 100% disappointed with the professionalism of the moving crew, Management/Owners and insurance company. First thing, the crew that showed up had no idea the job was as big as it was (2 bedroom condo). It was the crews second move of the day, I felt bad so I went to the store and got them a couple gallons of water, Gatorade and a few snacks for them to eat in hopes of a smooth fast efficient move. Reasonably priced and very professional in the beginning. I was moving from one house to another house less than 5 miles apart. Movers showed up on time and appeared to have a plan. Everything was going smoothly until they arrived at the new house and started unloading. I had a three man crew with Gregory as the foreman. Totally unreliable. Was told I would get a phone call two days before with a window of time. No Call. I had to call myself several times and was continuously told they were "working" on the schedule. Finally the day of my move they said the movers would come "after 12pm". By 2pm I still had no communication from them. Called and was told they were running behind and would be there ASAP. 3pm, 4pm, still no one. Finally I called and was told the moving truck "broke down" and they were sending a road crew. DO not use this company!!!! Be very very careful to what you agree on and all the small print. They tell you one thing over the phone and your contract state differently in small print. My quote was $110 per hour which includes two men, the truck and gas. They worked for a little under two hours and my bill was over $500. They two guys needed so much guides and we had to keep them moving. Every chance they got they took a break. It took them 1 hour to load 22 boxes, 1 night stand and a mirror in to the truck. I am planning a move in 6 months that is over 1600 miles. i am doing my research as to what is my best options. Weston from this company called me and he kept trying to get me to allow an estimator to come out...no my stuff will be packed already in a storage unit and will go right into another one at the destination. This company is filled with liars and they do not do a good job of packing or unpacking. All 3 movers were very careless in packing and labelling, tried to get extra out of us for wrapping our mattresses and couch and wanted us to buy them lunch. On the unpacking side they were 2 days late, didn't have enough men to unpack and and constantly complained about having to climb stairs. ZERO STARS: PLEASE READ!!!!! I called for a moving quote for three workers for two hours; the guy on the phone said that it would be $130 an hour. First, they called to confirm the appointment but got the date wrong multiple times when I told them I was moving on Saturday.
