Excellent customer service person, but the policies in the warranty do not cover out of the ordinary circumstances that extend beyond the control of the client. At least my customer service person was able to help with some of the extra expense, but the full parameters of warranties should be e planned to the purchaser BEFORE they need to use the warranty! Thank you, *********************, for going beyond to help me when you did not have to do so.

During the life of my warranty I had to file 3 separate claims.A.G. stood behind me on all 3 claims.I paid my deductible and they covered the rest. I highly recommend insuring with them.

They have been good to work with. There have been a few things we disagree on but all and all we are kind of place with them. We had some service done at the dealership and they did not call for approval first. We talk to an agent and he told us what forms we had to fill out and what documents we had to send. We were reimbursed within two or three weeks.
Timely service that helped minimize our down time. ******* authorized within minutes of the call from the repair agency.
