Have had several repairs done with no issues at all. Have gotten my money's worth, for sure. I don't understand the complaints here, I think these people are lying, didn't read their contract, or were sold the wrong product by their dealer.

They are a great company that bends over backward to help out consumers. I have used their products since ****, and have always been impressed at being able to talk to a real person and get claims paid for without fuss. Any negative reviews of this company are likely from competitors.

Absolutely terrible customer service I have my Durango at a ***** dealer my passive lock system isnt working a part is not working that cannot be accessed by anyone other than a mechanic they wont cover says its physically damaged. My heat isnt working in the rear of my car they wont cover says some kind of contaminant is in the coolant. The top of the line warranty I bought covers everything.
