The person that helped me and answered all of my questions was *************************. I have limited knowledge about **s and the ** protection included with my plan, ****** was so helpful and explained how everything works. After our conversation I am left feeling positive and satisfied. She was super helpful, friendly, and informative. Great customer service!
My vehicle warranty with Compass gave great customer service. The dealerships service **** was able to take care of filing my claim for me and my claim was approved in one day. I have the platinum package and they did not pay for all of the claim because part of it was a maintenance issue which was understandable but all in all I am so glad I purchased this warranty!!
