The person that helped me and answered all of my questions was *************************. I have limited knowledge about **s and the ** protection included with my plan, ****** was so helpful and explained how everything works. My vehicle warranty with Compass gave great customer service. The dealerships service **** was able to take care of filing my claim for me and my claim was approved in one day. I have the platinum package and they did not pay for all of the claim because part of it was a maintenance issue which was understandable but all in all I am so glad I purchased this warranty!!

After three months of trying to get my warranty refund status from the dealer I contacted ****.The lady I spoke with was the epitome of what customer service is all about. She was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and gave me a complete status my request in just a few minutes. Unfortunately I did not get her name but as a result of her competence **** deserves 5 stars and an A+ for customer support.
