Called American Guardian Warranty Services today, went through prompts and then Customer Service answered. I bought my RV two years ago and didn't remember what services I had purchased. I found one piece of paperwork and learned I had tire warranty. I asked about additional warranty and he could not find it. I hung up. He quickly called back and found coach warranty and I asked for a copy. Most would not keep looking but he did. Thank you Customer Service!
American Guardian Warranty Service...we dealt with Ali at Morehart ****** in Durango Co... she was WONDERFUL... great personality... took the time to listen and explained the Warranty and cost options. Ali made our new vehicle purchase easy and we enjoyed working with her!

This company follows the contract and makes good on their promises. We had a damaged RV, they covered all of the repair work plus our trip interruption costs according to the coverage plan. They sent the check for our reimbursement in a timely manner. I got my questions answered (thanks especially to Amanda!). I didn't have to fight with them.
