The customer service representative was good, but I could replace the part myself in two minutes. They wanted me to go thru taking it to a repair shop. Waiting for authorization. Then get the part ordered. Then pay to have them install it. We're talk a $500-$600 bill compared to a $200 to just have me replace it and my time dragging it back as forth to the repair shop.

We have had AGWS for over 2 yrs. never an issue as our repair person/company did all the calling and getting the confirmation of covered services. very great experience here in *****. talked to an ****** today and she was able to answer my question and directed what to do next. we are very much satisfied with AGWS.
I am having transmission replaced on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I dealt with ********* who requested any maintenance records done on my transmission. I turned that in, and an inspector came out and confirmed that the transmission was bad. I was pleased with the quick attention as it was just a total of 6 days from when I turned the complain in until the approval.
