Great customer service. Reached a customer rep very quickly and had my claim handled efficiently. Their reps are very educated and do a great job answering all questions you may have.

I have this warranty company for my diesel pusher RV. I have not had any problems with any of my warranty issues/claims. In addition, once the warranty work is completed, they always call me to make sure everything was completed properly and satisfactorily at the dealership.

I was skeptical about this company at first. But, when came time for a repair. I was surprised with that excellent customer service. You actually receive feedback from a live person in a timely manner. (In this industry is rare now days) “Pablo” walked me through the steps being followed and explain what was going to happen so, I was in the know at all times.
Warranty company went out of their way to help out with the repair. Issues quickly resolved.
