Received mail on a car warranty many times. Called to tell them to stop sending. Asked to speak with the signer of the letter, **** ******. ***, who I was speaking to said he needed the approval number from the letter. He then asked for mileage. I told him I didnt want to give that out and he started yelling he needs it to get my call transferred to **** ******. Said he would hang up if I didnt give it to him which he did. What kind of scam business is this. I would never do business with them. Be warned!!!!
Worst service ever. It takes 3 months to hear anything back on a GAP claim. Then when you want to discuss it, the supervisor calls you a jackass, even when I told her I was recording the call. Buyer beware and record all of your phone calls with them.
I would give 0/0 stars. AGWS has been a nightmare to work with, ***** handling of our current and only ever claim has caused unnecessary stress and aggravation with still no resolution after 6 weeks. I had 11 months left on my policy when I sold my motorhome. They won't transfer to new owners and I was told there would be no refund because I had 1 ONE claim for $400. THIS IS A BIG RIPOFF. Taking my business somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service and are dishonest. I had slide outs in my 5th wheel fail and they contracted an inspector to come out to the repair shop and see the failures. The inspector showed up late and told **** that the repair shop was too busy to show him the trailer. I spoke to **** and asked them to send another inspector out and they refused. Key replacement warranty is useless. It does not cover the cost of the key replacement. They will only cover 1/2 hour labor and the list price of the part. I went to 3 local dealerships and not one of them would come close to replacing it for that cost. The warranty states it will cover up to $399 but even though the cost was under that, they would not cover the entire replacement.
this place is the worst car warranty I think I have ever had to deal with, my personal vehicle that I purchased this warranty for broke down on the side of the highway it turns out the alternator died did not have the paperwork with me it was at home because I was on my way to the doctors office, I submitted the claim it took 30 days to get a response which went to my spam box which told me the files were in the wrong format they wanted PDF nobody told me that formatted the files to PDF and within one day they sent the respo... read more
Scam. They never want to replace with new parts. I've used for a PTU and still had to come outta pocket over $1000. They wanted to use parts from old cars. Second claim was denied even though I have air condition under my agreement. The HVAC(actually has ac in the title of the part) door actuator has failed and they will not replace. I gotta come outta pocket and other $500. So more then half of what I paid for the warranty. Do not use. RECOMMEND HIGHLY TO NOT USE.
