I have an 2020 ******* palisade had to take it to the dealer cause of a shift solenoid. They authorized to fix me solenoid the same day so ******* fixed it and the problem still exists. So ******* said they have to replace my transmission cause the Switch Solenoid still making the engine light comes on. This been two days now and no Authorization yet !! They told me its taken longer to approve my claim cause it's the transmission cause it cost more money.

This company and its warranty products are nothing more than a scam. Our vehicle has been in the shop for two months. They refuse to pay for our radiator, oil leak, and the turbo on our X3 **** When asking for a supervisor they pass you to another agent. They return calls days later. The calls are always in the evening when they are done for the day. Never do they answer the phones, you must leave a message! If they do approve the claim. They use every tactic in the book to not even pay for half. Just save your money and plan for repair costs.
This is a horrible company that produces vague contracts that can be interpreted however they wish. DO NOT BUY THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP! This company is NOT worth the expensive cost. If I could give them a 0 I would. I purchased this very expensive warranty for our motorhome coach and greatly regret this decision. My money would have been better "spent" sitting in a personal account in the event that I needed repairs. And, yes, we have needed repairs on both a starter and transmission. Horrible warranty company my son's car has been at the dealership for 6 months with a bad motor and they will not pay dealership for work done even though the dealership has sent many photos with metal shavings in the oil filter and oil pan and complete and chewed up rocker arms but won't pay the dealership for the work or parts.
We purchased an extended warranty for the windshield on our RV which a claim for a cracked windshield is being denied by AGWS.
Received mail on a car warranty many times. Called to tell them to stop sending. Asked to speak with the signer of the letter, **** ******. ***, who I was speaking to said he needed the approval number from the letter. He then asked for mileage. I told him I didnt want to give that out and he started yelling he needs it to get my call transferred to **** ******. Said he would hang up if I didnt give it to him which he did. What kind of scam business is this. I would never do business with them. Be warned!!!!
Worst service ever. It takes 3 months to hear anything back on a GAP claim. Then when you want to discuss it, the supervisor calls you a jackass, even when I told her I was recording the call. Buyer beware and record all of your phone calls with them.
