Have had the warranty on my class b for 4 years. Though out that time i had a dozen or so repairs done under warranty as the claims became more the company began to get ****** and started giving me problems with coverage items and started to push aftermarket parts on me instead of *** parts on drivetrain. It required lots of phone calls, but at the end the problem was corrected. I as a customer would recommed getting the warranty for a used RV, but like other have said read the fine print. I have this warranty company for my diesel pusher RV. I have not had any problems with any of my warranty issues/claims. In addition, once the warranty work is completed, they always call me to make sure everything was completed properly and satisfactorily at the dealership.

I was skeptical about this company at first. But, when came time for a repair. I was surprised with that excellent customer service. You actually receive feedback from a live person in a timely manner. (In this industry is rare now days) “Pablo” walked me through the steps being followed and explain what was going to happen so, I was in the know at all times.
