Horrible. They don't pay the labor rates in your area and expect you to drive or tow a damage RV to a state with lower labor rates.

What the heck? The manufacturer's employee put a staple in the wiring harness, for a slide, and claim was submitted for reimbursement of $350. Thinking this WOULD be covered on Platinum Coverage (page 5 of the contract -- Slide Out's..... wiring harness or page 3 of the contract - #**... defects in workmanship outside the manufacturers tolerance). I don't know who these people are that are giving them a 5 star review, they must be employees or family members. This is the worst warranty I have ever had, l only purchased it because the dealership recommended them. Now the dealership agrees that they are terrible, and no longer offer this companies packages. I have tried to have even minor things fixed and they find a term in the contract (like hinges, their term for a sun visor) that is listed as not covered. Bunch of crooks there work sheet showed I that the pay off was .. If I made my payment but I always paid extra and since I paid extra for two years they didn't go by the number they gave me and took almost **** dollar away from me once they found out the pay off was lower threw my bank. So moral of the story never pay extra on your loan also never deal with this.

Our vehicle has been at the dealer for a week now with no resolution or communication. Our vehicle is having transmission issues and they are trying to deny our claim over oil change records which we have provided even though the oil changes have nothing to do with the transmission. This company is a scam and I will not recommend them to any one. Do not waste your money because they will try and use every excuse to not repair your vehicle. Read the contract. They have a BUNCH of loopholes to get out of paying claims. A week into our purchase we went of a trip in our motorhome. We broke down on the weekend. They denied our claim because we didn't call them to get pre-authorization. We didn't have our contract in the motorhome (our bad) but they didn't care. We were BROKE DOWN! I am very disappointed in ****. We paid for the platinum extended warranty coverage for our 2019 motorhome. I am a teacher and my husband is disabled. Claims that should be covered are being denied. Very frustrating. I bought this extended warranty in good faith. They are not a trust worthy company. They should be ashamed.
