Excellent customer service person, but the policies in the warranty do not cover out of the ordinary circumstances that extend beyond the control of the client. At least my customer service person was able to help with some of the extra expense, but the full parameters of warranties should be e planned to the purchaser BEFORE they need to use the warranty!
