Excellent customer service person, but the policies in the warranty do not cover out of the ordinary circumstances that extend beyond the control of the client. At least my customer service person was able to help with some of the extra expense, but the full parameters of warranties should be e planned to the purchaser BEFORE they need to use the warranty! During the life of my warranty I had to file 3 separate claims.A.G. stood behind me on all 3 claims.I paid my deductible and they covered the rest. I highly recommend insuring with them.
