When I purchased my class A motorhome, I purchased an extended warranty call *** *********** provided by American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. I purchased their most expensive plan (Platinum). One of the **** units on the roof of the ** quit working. I took it to the dealership and they advised a control board failed and it should be covered by the warranty. I had several issues with my motorhome. Two of which were/are covered under the warranty I have. First was the jacks that explicitly states they cover the wire harness. After three phone calls to the claim department by my platinum Newmar dealer, they denied ever having had this issue brought up. After five phone calls by me to them, they deny the claim for physical damage. A wire harness that does not come in contact with anything but the firewallhas been physically damaged? Long story short...purchased this warranty when we bought our motorhome. Last November the differential went out. It was due for service at 100k. We was at 97k. They would only pay to rebuild it. The carrier was damaged and couldn't be rebuilt. So, out of a 12k bill, they only would pay a little over 4k. Save your money and put it in a savings account towards repairs.

This company is a total scam. Dealerships that sell these policies should be ashamed of themselves. They will deny every claim and you can cancel the plan. They dont even check into a claim.. just deny. I will be filing a case with small claims court. BE WARNED.

I have a contract with **** and i was told to get a rental and they will reimburse maybe after claim, now my car has been sitting for five days waiting on **** to do their job expeditiously, for a client who only has one car paying a car note and single mom , how unfair and ******* for them to expect this to be a good business trend .if you take your time and want to be care free give the client a piece of mind allow them a rental from day one. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I had GAP insurance to them. Ther require the customer to collect all documentation and refuse to work with other insurance companies or financial institutions. I called and the representatives continued to hang up on me when I asked difficult or complex questions. It has now been 5 months since my date of loss abd I am still making payments because tlof their process. I would NEVER chose them.l again oif I had the option.

Horrible experience. The motor in my 2020 **** Fusion bit the dust with only ****** miles. **** to dealership, done a tear down, & they denied coverage even though the dealership told me it was all due to bearing failure, which is no where near my fault. I will be getting a lawyer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

American Guardian vehicle warranty is the worst company ever. Dont use this company. I have made 2 claims with them and they denied both. The first was my shifter cable out. They said it was repetitive use and denied the claim. Now my front differential goes out. They said that since I did not video me doing the service/maintenance they would not cover the repairs. This company did not have any trouble taking my money when I bought the warranty. Dont use this company

This warranty is being sold as a bumper to bumper warranty, but when you go to use it they do not cover bumper to bumper. When I asked about it the said we do not sell it, and you can cancel if you want. No customer service at all.
