I’ve had a few different home warranty companies over the last 20 years. We had AHS for many years and then for some reason we went with another company when we moved to Texas. It was a huge mistake. When that contract ended, we went back to AHS and couldn’t be more pleased. The house we purchased was built in the 90’s and when we moved in, we anticipated some issues. I like my experience with AHS so far. I am a little concerned about some of the contractors they have contracts with and have such awful reviews/ratings. However, when I asked to switch contractors they obliged. To me, a company should have good ratings to able to be contracted out on service calls.

I contacted AHS and submitted a service request for my refrigerator. Response was pretty quick. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They ordered the part and came back and replaced it the next week
