Prompt response and excellent problem resolution.
I like having a home warranty. Both of my AC units went down. The air temps have been in the hundreds for weeks so being without AC was tough. The 1st Unit was still within it's 30 day call back to make sure everything is repaired. The 1st time the tech came our unit miraculously started working so per contract with AHS & with no proof it was not working the tech left. Nana’s Oasis pool supply arrived ahead of time. They were very polite, professional. They completed to repair in a timely manner. Didn’t leave a mess. I would highly recommend them.
Customer service reps have been helpful and courteous. Most repair companies that have been dispatched to us have been very good.
