I liked the amount of money that I saved through American Home Shield. The one thing I was not happy with, is the amount of time that it took to get the ac unit fixed.

At times it’s incredibly hard to get someone on the phone to speak to. I’ve had issues where it’s difficult to get a technician or technician does not show up to preform work.

I have loved AHS for the 20 years that I have used them. I have never had a problem in dealing with AHS. They are timely in getting me connected to the people who have to come out and do the work. Employees for AHS are always super polite and efficient.
