American Home Shield recently put me win touch with an effective A/C service company after my A/C unit stopped working - we later found out due to a clogged drain line, which the service company's technician fully corrected within an hour, giving us relief after several days' "down time". Good job, American Home Shield
Like: peace of mind and help in financial crises. Dislike: offer lower ends of appliances but within reason.
I have been a customer now for 4-5 months. I have contacted AHS twice regarding appliances that needed attention. The thing that I am not happy with so far, is the amount of time I have had to wait for my repairs. It took 2 weeks to have my washing machine fixed. After the parts were already ordered and available, it took a week to have a technician come in and repair. I have a microwave that I reported first for repairs and Is not operating yet! Not sure If I will continue unless I see a change soon!
The quality of contractors performing repairs is very inconsistent. Sometimes is done in the first visit, sometimes it takes several attempts to fix it.
SERVICE WAS FAST AND VERY RESPONSIVE IN GETTING SOMEONE OUT TO FIX MY PROBLEMS...
