Customer service is great and the response to get a technician to fix my problem which was a leaky garbage disposal was fast and easy I would definitely recommend this company!
The initial contractor (Sears) did a horrible job, but AHS customer service did a great job helping to rectify the situation.
It’s easy to request service and they usually assign someone within 24hrs

I needed my AC worked on the technician came out and fixed it but as soon as he left my AC stopped working I did a recall the following week the same technician came out and made sure everything was fixed and completed with no problem which I appreciated
Love American home shield. Worth every penny had them since 2017 after purchasing my home. Make sure you read fine print, and keep maintenance up on property and items inside including ac and you'll be fine
I was able to call them on a Sunday but the service that I needed was not available on the weekend.
The service was quick and efficient. The service man was knowledgeable and got the job done.
