The ignitor on my old cooktop would not work properly, so AHS decided to replace it. The cooktop I ordered arrived, but the technician refused to install it, since they were only required to install the cooktop and not move the oven underneath. Now I have to get someone to move the oven, get the cooktop installed and then have the oven put back.
AHS responded quickly and provided a qualified individual who solved my problem efficiently.
