Their app is very user friendly. The service techs that AHS sent were always professional, respectful and kind. I liked that they offered a sliding scale to fit into any budget.

I was turned on to insurance for your home from a buddy and he proposed AHS. I read over their policies and signed up. About a year went by and the micro wave went out. They sent out a repairman; $75 charge and he could not fix so they replaced same make and model. I was hooked after that and also they offer parts for appliances at a cheaper cost thru their network.

I have a lot of frustration with the call line. You can very rarely understand them or they understand you. Being able to sign up on line is great, but they need an area where you can put in a specific comment. There are times that something specific would be helpful to the repair company that they send and possibly in their choosing the correct company. Recently I had my ac freezing up.
