Fast service along with sending the proper repairman.
Super Transparent, up-front pricing and the coverage options are quality. Thankfully I've only ever had to to contact them a couple of times, but each time I have AHS has been extremely responsive. The portal is very user friendly and easy to navigate, and it seems like they've done a good job of vetting the service providers they work with because I've been equally impressed with the work as well (Phoenix, AZ). I was able to call customer service and American Home Shield was able to send the appropriate company out to fix my issue and approve my claim within a short period of time.
Still waiting on communication from AHS on whether they’ve ordered the part needed to fix our AC unit so we can schedule the repair with the contracting company. It’s been 3 weeks with no AC in Florida during July with 100 degrees plus on most afternoons.
They have been very good about answering my calls when I need service and they assign a repair company immediately. The repair companies have always called within one day to set an appointment.
Our air-conditioner hasn't worked this well in years. Our provider was prompt and extremely proficient in his area of expertise.
U dislike ahs went sky high on my monthly payments wirh no warning. Can't afford them anymore ahs is good company with immediate action on getting repairs?done though
It was so convenient to schedule the appointments online and both my refrigerator and microwave problems were fixed.
Requesting for service was easy, fast service and puntual.
