I had every intention of renewing. The call I got to do that would not let me go. I was outside mowing the lawns, and it was only 112 degrees. I explained that to him but he continued. I asked several times to call back. Ended up just doing what he wanted, so I wasn't rude.

I used the automated system to order a repair at my house. Which was very easy to use. The times that I used AHS they have saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them.
Delay in getting installation date
The whole process was quick and painless. We requested service for our AC online. It was a weekend, so, we had to wait until Monday to hear from the repairman. He called and scheduled to come out the next day. We were really scared of what the repair would cost us. The problem was covered and cost nothing but the service fee. Problem quickly solved. So thankful we chose American Home Shield.

So far so good. The experience could be speedier. I've had to make multiple calls to get things moving, finally spoke to an operator with follow through and now things are moving along nicely.
