Everything handled quickly and smoothly in getting the job assigned so the technicians could come out, find the problem and get the system back in order. Good job.
It took 2 visits to determine a replacement refrigerator was needed. 2nd technician did a more thorough inspection than the 1st one who just replaced the parts that had been determined to be needed. Thorough inspection should have been completed regardless during 1st visit. Pleased that it was replaced and Inow have a working refrigerator once more.
AHS has been very responsive in identifying service people and our needs have thus far been met in a timely manner. We are pleased to have this company's warranty.

The problem I have with AHS is the fact there is always a problem with the appliance repair people they send. Regarding my washer, apparently they hadn’t sent the report to AHS and they were hard to get a hold of. I’ve been out of a washer for three weeks. They have sent other repair people in the past for another appliance. Those people messed up big time, resulting in me being out of hot water for one whole month. Where is my compensation for all this stress. I’m paying every month and and it keeps going up.
