Overall, AHS is easy to work with and very responsive. Their prices when I first joined weren't bad but they are really getting expensive. I am also not happy that a co-worker gets free offers while I do not-why don't all their customers receive the same benefits?
I have used AHS for 8 years and the experience is almost always great. Either a problem is resolved or the appliance is replaced. I love not having to figure out a company to call for any issue. I have recommended them to friends that can afford a monthly fee.
The repairs were done in a timely manner and the repair man was knowledgeable and pleasant. All in all I am very happy with the American Home Shield Insurance.
