Is so sad that o had to reach to an outside source to get my situation resolved . Now with respect to the company that service the ac , he did a fantastic job even thought was a simple fix , but the matter of the fact that I waited patiently 5 months to get it fix is extremely unacceptable

Service was fast and great. I'm not sure I really saved a lot of money, but I'm fairly certain I didn't pay more. AND the convenience of calling and having them come so fast to do the repair made it ALL worth it!

Since I switched from my previous warranty company to American Home Shield, I have to say that things have been much nicer. Interacting when necessary has never been easier. If I have a repair that needs to be completed, I simply use the application, and then I’m contacted the same day. There is no hassle and the team is always willing to help. I’m glad I made the switch.
