I have two homes and have used AHS to cover both. They have been very helpful and it's good to know that if something major goes wrong that I will have coverage. That said, because the companies that they send to look at a problem have to go back to AHS to get approval, it can take several days to weeks for a repair or replacement to be made. On one occasion it took several months for the multiple companies sent out from AHS to even understand the simple problem of a bathroom exhaust fan that was old and needed to be replace... read more
