AHS is very responsive and quick to assign vendor when you file a service order, and the work of their vendors has generally been good. On most recent claim the first service provider misdiagnosed the problem and said he couldn’t do that work, but AHS assigned a second provider immediately and he was able to find the real problem and fix it; a few days delay but a good resolution. I had a great experience with an issue in my toilet and America Home Shield helped me to address it. I recommend it widely because it is a trustable service!
I love the ease of scheduling. However, it may take over a week to get an appointment. It probably has something to do with the fact that I live in a rural area.
From the time the service technician left my home I waited 4 days and no response foe AHS I called on the afternoon of the 4th day and within 10 minutes AHS sent an email informing me that they would be replacing my range and gave me numerous options within 15 minutes my new range was ordered.
