For the most part I am satisfied with the work that has been made. But there is 2 work orders by contractors that haven’t been finished.

So far I have had a great experience with Home Shield. They have fixed my washer and AC within a reasonable time and customer service is always available and friendly. I have only had to pay the "deductible" that is required and the rest was paid for without issue by the warranty. I am very happy with this company and look forward to continuing our customer/provider relationship
