EXCELLENT THE TECH CAME AS PROMISE AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

Contractor took four trips to finally diagnose and fix the problem. We ere without AC for a week in 100 degree weather. Contractor should be able to determine problem on first visit and have the parts available to fix problem.
This was probably the fastest response I've gotten with AHS. The repairman was quick to contact and was really efficient and thorough. Within 2 days I was notified by AHS that I could get a replacement for my oven. It was a very good experience.

When my range couldn't be repaired, you sent me a check to replace it. Considering the age of my old range, I thought the amount was fair and reasonable. The response time for the check was quite fast and I'm appreciative for that.
