So far everything has been really good. The professionals they assigned were good and prompt. I’ve had a few claims this year and now they raised my price by $10 a month. That’s my reason for 4 stars. Both things that broke and needed to be replaced were less than 6 years old! I use it and then like all insurance companies, they raise my rates. I referred multiple family members and now I don’t know that I can recommend them as highly.

Response was good. In one case it took a very long time to get the parts. Galloway Plumbing and Appliance in Paducah, Ky, was extremely responsive!
