So far I have had a great experience with Home Shield. They have fixed my washer and AC within a reasonable time and customer service is always available and friendly. I have only had to pay the "deductible" that is required and the rest was paid for without issue by the warranty. I am very happy with this company and look forward to continuing our customer/provider relationship

We have been with AHS a long time. We are very pleased. We appreciate the Customer Service Representatives’. At times, we are greeted by a Representative which there is a language barrier and we work together until we figure it out. The contractors we are scheduled with are wonderful. We recommend AHS to all our family and friends and have sent and will continue to refer potential customers to AMH.
