I like that AHS was able to service our problems right away to fix our problems. The only problem that I have a problem was the tech. wanted to charage me almost $400.00 for a pound and half for freon which he said we need for my A/C unit which I thought that AHS shough be included with the service call. Which he said it wasnt covered I told him no not at this time and left it at that. But I pay a monthly fee that again when a tech. is sent out it should have been covered or discounted fee.
The response time was good and the service done was quick and explained thoroughly.
Prompt and fast service. Also, the right service company was found for the task.
We started with American Home Shield in 1991. They have proven to be very helpful over the years by sending the proper providers to address any issue.
Customer service with Alisa taking care of all our claims in a very professional manner is the best. She is very fair with her decisions.
A/C went out just as temperatures were reaching 100°. They sent someone out very quickly to assess and fix the problem. It turned out to be a bigger problem then originally stated, but they came right back to reassess and fix the problem. It’s better to have AHS and not need it, than need and not have it.
AHS has been my lifesaver for over 4 years. When you own an older home, the chances of any system failing are great, and the cost is insane. AHS has had my back with: dryer, hot water heater, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, and more plumbing line clean outs then thought possible. A few calls have taken multiple visits to fix, but AHS has stuck with it to completion.
I like the way AHS handles business and their professionalism
We recently had to have our heating/cooling system replaced. We’re very pleased with the contractor that was assigned to us through American home shield. They were prompt professional and polite! Very happy with her decision to have AHS coverage! They really came through!
