Loved the customer service at AHA, the speed of service and completion was great, but there was collateral damage that wasn’t included
The cost continues to rise and getting a bit expensive especially if there’s a down payment for service. So far this service has saved me $500 but at $77/mo I don’t think that’s a huge return on investment…rethinking this coverage.
They are prompt to respond to a call for service and a good value for the money.
We had this service when we bought our present house and it was awesome. We got the service with the house and it covered several items at the homeowner neglected. We think it’s a great selling item to go with your house or if you own a house great item to have as a back up. We got a new water heater, repairs to plumbing and stove and other appliances.
I have had nothing but good service so far fro AHS. It would be nice if the service fees were taken from the monthly/yearly cost.
The customer service is always great and fast!
I appreciated the ease of filing a claim, the technician's responsiveness, and the resolution. It took a little longer than I liked to get the appliance fixed, but that's not the fault of the technician or the service.
The fact that he knew what the problem was immediately, ordered the part. However, because the problem still existed this part had to be reordered; which has been ordered. Just waiting for JD to replace the defected item
