It would be nice if they would cover a/c duct work along with the a/c unit.
They have always taken care of our needs as soon as possible.
It’s pretty efficient to make a request. Generally good people are sent out. I had to have someone return recently, and that was a very smooth process.
I like the service. However, I do not like the process used to find vendors fir service.

For our last two needs (A Dishwasher & AC Unit) AHS did right by us. I guess my best compliment is that we have been with AHS for over a decade. If we did not think we were recieving a good ROI, we would have dropped them years ago.
