Went very smoothly within a very short time.
A technician named Bobby came to my home and finished up the work that needed to be done on my air conditioner. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything he did.

I had the guest toilet repaired in mid-May. Unfortunately, because of a defective part, the issue returned the end of the next month. Because the warranty had expired; a different plumber was sent out the 2nd time. This plumber told me that the flapper placed on the guest toilet in May didn't make a good connection because of the material it was made of. I was concerned that I had to pay an additional fee for the same issue; but when I spoke with an AHS customer service rep; I was told the 30-day warranty had expired.
Central AC failed on a very hot day. Local vendor replaced a capacitor and largely due to the age of the unit, recommended replacing with a new one at a cost of $7,000. Since I remembered I had AHS. They sent out a tech who was able to reset a tripped breaker and everything was working properly without any additional cost above 100 dollars service charge. Left me very happy!
