My refrigerator was leaking water intermittently an also had trouble with temperature control- it was freezing things in the refrigerator. American Home Shield set up an appointment promptly. The technician called and also emailed to get the model number of the refrigerator and a complete description of the problem. The tech came on time and did a fabulous job.
