I love AHS the service they provide are just phenomenal
The policy I paid for does not really cover all that I thought it would. I am dealing with septic tank issues and AHS does not cover the majority of the needed repairs. It was a charge for diagnoses, pumping and replacement of an aerator pump. The total was $1,250.00 and AHS paid only $375.00. (I as well paid the $100.00 service fee) We had on going issues. I submitted my request for service online and I was given dispatch information. The repair facility called me to schedule an appointment the same day. I believe the appointment was a day or two later. I had problems with my appliance that one company came to repair, then the following week another incident occurred with the same appliance, but another company came to repair. Both companies who came were excellent. AHS has some really good contractors. I was pleased each time with their service, professionalism, and respect.
