I needed my AC worked on the technician came out and fixed it but as soon as he left my AC stopped working I did a recall the following week the same technician came out and made sure everything was fixed and completed with no problem which I appreciated

Love American home shield. Worth every penny had them since 2017 after purchasing my home. Make sure you read fine print, and keep maintenance up on property and items inside including ac and you'll be fine
