I have had two great experiences with AHS recently on a roof leak and a air conditioner issue, both contractors were very competent, professional and responsive (5 stars for these contractors). AHS had a challenging time with the contractor assigned to my refrigerator failure, but ultimately came through. I believe they are worth the money.

I don't like the rise in premiums. I started at 48.99 a month and now pay 76.99. Overall, I do believe it is a benefit and the AHS has approved every claim I have made. There was one claim where the item was repaired and broke down shortly after it was repaired. It was the third time it had been repaired and I chose to not file another claim. The GE contractor was below average at best.

The company assigned, called when they said they would and followed through in a timely manner to confirm an appointment time. When they came they were knowledgeable and got the washer fixed quickly.
