I have been a member with american Home Shield close to 10 years. I think its a great warranty program. However, annually they need to speak with customers to keep them totally aware of their coverage. Specifically, if they can increase coverage for a minimal increase and how benificial it would be overall would be helpful.

I disliked the fact that the customer rep was rude and I did not understand her due to the lack of fluency in enggglissh.
