We have been with AHS for many years and have had good and not so good experiences. Our most recent experience with a plumbing issue was a 5 star rating as the company they sent was great. In the past we weren't as fortunate with an air conditioning problem in our previous home because there was a terrible time delay in getting a part and as a result we had no air for several weeks which is not a pleasant situation in the middle of summer in florida.

Have not received the check yet for the receipt I sent for a new clothes washer. AHS has always done what they said they would, so I am eagerly awaiting the letter and the check.

Very easy to request service online. AHS acknowledges the request immediately and assigns a contractor within 2-3 hours. The contractors, so far have been very reliable in setting up a time to service the problem and have done a good job of diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed.

Customer service is great and the response to get a technician to fix my problem which was a leaky garbage disposal was fast and easy I would definitely recommend this company!
