For the most part, I’m pretty impressed with AHS. There have been a couple of times I have not been happy with the results, But not so many that I would think about dropping the service. Again, I’m happy overall and they come through for me more often than not.
The service was timely and and tech was very knowledgeable.
Over all I have been satisfied with the customer service but with all of the companies and service technicians.
The customer service was superb and the job was a quick response.

They are usually fast to respond. Phone customer service is hard to use because they are hard to understand the the connection quality is poor.
All of my experiences where 100% professional kind fast. I love that my sister who lives in Florida introduced me to AHS.

Good customer service, but not worth the money they charge. Every time I asked if something was covered, they said not with this plan, but you can upgrade the plan, which, of course, raises the monthly fee. Agents were cordial, but a little snippy when I chose to go another direction with another company.
Had to call them back a second time, the technician didn't fix the problem the first time. He returned and we weren't charged a second fee.

I have always had good experience with situations that have come up with my house as far as air conditioning and heating and have had it repaired in a timely manner with very professional customer service
