I like their service and how they try to repair instead of replace. But I am disappointed when things can't be repaired how much my out of pocket expense is.
Very reliable with prompt and consistent response times. I have experienced both repairs and replacements, when the product could not be fixed. Contractors have been professional and skilled in their respective industries. There may be less expensive options available, but I have been very satisfied with the consistent quality of the work and ease of the process.
It is difficult to talk to a person. Results of membership have been good.l
I have always been skeptical of home warranty, but AHS has come through to cover issues that more than exceeded my premium.
The response time is good, the repair people are professional and courteous, the work is generally good ( although I’m currently coping with a repair I that failed). I don’t think it is worth the cost because I’ve paid thousands of dollars for the warranty for the last decade but have never needed to replace anything major. The $75 service fee is nice for repairs and parts replaced but I’ve paid quadruple that amount in yearly payments.
Prompt response. Fixed the problem. Explained things as he went along.

The service provider showed up in a timely manner, had the part with him and it was an easy fix
