Wow!!! My washer was shrieking with each load. American Home Shield sent down a technician. Then sent me an email saying I could pick out a new washer at Lowes, other options or a cash payment to use wherever I wanted. So terrific!! American Home Sheild has made my life way lessed stressed knowing they are there for me!
I've had nothing but positive experiences with American Home Shield. Their responses to calls or requests for service have been almost immediate. I've been satisfied with the service technicians they pick to respond to my problems. Do yourself a favor and pick American Home Shield....
AHS sent hired a handyman (unlicensed electrician) to resolve my pool electrical issue. NOT COOl, being that my kids play in our pool. I had to then search for a local electrician myself to do the work, then call AHS and have him approved. This was a big headache, and the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they were quick to resolve the issue overall.
Great service
The service technician that came out Mark Johnston did a great job and I would want him to service my equipment every time. I'm sure his company Fast Response Heating & Cooling value him alot, and should use his standard of work as there company guidelines.
The experience was great. Chad, the HVAC tech, arrived within the time stated, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repairs. I'm happy.
My first time using AHS. I am so glad we signed up, having Peace of mind is priy.
