There was a quick response to the A/C problem, ❤ it The company that was assigned was professional and timely. They were going to investigate a quote for new unit going thru ahs- never heard anything. We asked ahs also, have heard nothing. We sent in info asking for a quote on AHS a/c replacement program- never heard back.
Once the correct service company arrives it is a quick process to get things fixed.
American Home Shield provided excellent customer service and was able to resolve my issue fast and easy.
