I think when a particular technician comes out, they need to take a look at a few things within the same request. Having to call everytime is a bit of a hassle.

American Home Sheild is an excellent company. When you request a service, they get into action promptly and assign a contractor to fix the issue. If they can't repair it, then their purchasing department offers replacement option which is cool and generous. Overall, very happy customer having them as insurer on multiple properties for many years.

I always have to worry if I could trust the contractor you send one guy lied to me and said the air conditioning was contaminated and he wanted 12,500 for new air conditioner so I asked for a second opinion which I got and there was nothing wrong with me fixed a few parts and everything was good so you see I have to always have chest pains but I need them because I'm out of state and property me there and Heat in the desert but I have to be on my p's and q's with these people because they can lie to you the contractors they ... read more
