I had a water heater leak and it was easy to request service and get immediate service. The contractor fixed the issue and all I had to pay was the service call fee saving me hundreds of dollars and time for similar work without protection. I'm not a handy man so this is a great service for me!

We’ve been very satisfied with the quick services of American Home Shield. We’ve used these services on two different occasions and have had no further problems with our AC or refrigerator. I would recommend them to anyone and we have.

AHS always make the process so easy and painless. I file and immediately they have a team ready to do the work. I have been so happy with them that I’ve had AHS for the last 6 years. I recommend that you get them it’s easier to pay monthly than a large sum at once.

AHS is great, however they don't always have the pick of the litter when it comes to technicians in all areas. The last electric tech that was hired did absolutely NOTHING he brought his gf with him who was someone you can't trust to take your eye off in your home. The tech didn't look at the issues just asked what I wanted done and left after not getting an appointment or a call for days when AHS has a 24 hr policy I had to call him, and then call again asking if he even wanted the job, and then randomly a week later he sai... read more
