You offered what you guaranteed. I was in the middle of the heat, power outages and busy time of year so it took a week to get the AC fixed. Not anyone’s fault.

For easy to fix items the warranty is worth the money for not having to hassle with fixing things yourself. For large items like air conditioners and invasive plumbing.. the warranty really doesn't help much at all. Some of the service providers are just scammers, others are very good. Either way... you will end up paying for your big ticket items out of pocket if you want it done right. Or you will get a patched up system and continued problems.
