Our service technician has been there on time with a great professional attitude and answered all of our questions. The only bad part is that they haven’t figured out the problem and will need to come back out to check the issue for the third time.
The repair person was here the very next morning and unfortunately wasn’t able to repair, so it has to be replaced. The downside is that we still don’t have the gift card so that we can replace it.
