Very proficient! Contractor was very good although they took SEVERAL days to get it done. Hats off to American Home Shield!
The subcontractors for the pipe leak responded within an hour after I called AHS to report the damage.
Everything went great; fast service calls, polite people and it is great to have service when you absolutely need it fast for a good price.
It took awhile to diagnose, repair, diagnose, repair and then finally replace my HVAC systems but it was worth it in the end. AHS was on top of my repairs as well as Tri’s Heating and AC. The guys were patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.
Kris Miller always does a fantastic job. He's knowledgeable (honestly, he knows everything about appliances), patient, professional and a great guy. He installed my dishwasher after another "installer" was unable to do it. It wasn't a problem.
