I like the quick responsiveness of AHS and the people they send out to repair. I like peace of mind the coverage gives me. What I don't like is how reluctant they are to replace items. For example, one service looked at our air conditioner and said it needed to be replaced (of course, I get that they wanted to sell it to us). We called AHS to look at it. They fixed/replaced part of it, but not all of it and what they didn't replace we were told was likely only to last the summer.
Everything has worked out with this company so far. I did have one issue with the service rep. not repairing something he was supposed to which will result in a second service call. I only wish my wife had asked him to fix it while he was at our house but my wife hates asking questions :(.
They are professional and had a quick response.. Great company
So far things have been fine. I had no say in choosing AHS. I was in escrow when AHS bought out One Guard. One Guard covered Water softeners, AHS does not. One thing I don’t care for is when a service call is requested I have no say over what company is dispatched. I wish I was given a choice so that ai could vet that company. See what their overall ratings are
The service member who came to our home was excellent knowledgeable and kind.

Personnel is friendly. Most of the time they approve and respond to a request but not in a timely manner. They also do not replace items - there is always an excuse,
I love the ease of scheduling. However, it may take over a week to get an appointment. It probably has something to do with the fact that I live in a rural area.
