I like there promptness about getting things done.
They do what they say. No one can predict the future, but if you have a home appliance go down, this will save you money, period. I called them 3 times, for three different devices in the last 3 months. The did what they said.
I want to know if I can get a refund on my service fee since I canceled the service before they came out to my home.
Very reliable with prompt and consistent response times. I have experienced both repairs and replacements, when the product could not be fixed. Contractors have been professional and skilled in their respective industries. There may be less expensive options available, but I have been very satisfied with the consistent quality of the work and ease of the process.
I have used the service only once since I purchased the policy and so far so good
I've had good service. Most of my service requests are scheduled within a few days. Knock on wood, we only had one issue that was an emergency. We had to call someone ourselves due to the time frame and get reimbursed later.
Online account access made for an easy repair request. Response was fast and contractor assigned quickly. Repair service was done within 24 hours of claim submission. Great job.
Been a customer for years service went down a couple of years ago. Service is improving back to when I first started
