I had no problem setting an appointment for service. The service tech was at my home on time the next day to solve my leaking plumbing issue. He was mannerly, clean in his company uniform, demonstrated professional knowledge of the service he was providing and spoke with me in clear English, I like that. When leaving, he looked over his shoulder to insure the area was clean and of course insuring he had all of his tools. lol I am very pleased with the service. The water heater wasn’t the problem. We had Apollo plumbing install a new water heater. They had come out two times to determine the problem. Apparently the problem is was the dip stick which they replaced two times and the water continues to run cold. I’m seeking reimbursement for the water heater. The plumber is coming back out after he contacts your company. Please advise how we can resolve this issue.

I like the ability to put in a call anytime day or night. I get an immediate response that it has been dispatched to the company and know that I will get a phone call immediately within 24 hours. Normally the response from the companies is immediate. I like the follow up from AHS making sure that everything was taken care of.

I love the peace of mind that most issues will be covered. However, there times when services are needed immediately, such as A/C goes down in the middle of Florida’s summer, when we have to wait sometimes a week before we get someone here to fix the issue. I wish you had some way to identify emergencies.
