Opening an incident is easy. Their vendors are of good quality. Support is useful. I only wish it had more useful features for landlords, such as allowing for tenant contact info, and making it easier to manage contracts for multiple properties.

I have been a member with american Home Shield close to 10 years. I think its a great warranty program. However, annually they need to speak with customers to keep them totally aware of their coverage. Specifically, if they can increase coverage for a minimal increase and how benificial it would be overall would be helpful.
