Being on a fixed income, it’s nice that I pay a fee and $400 when I file a claim whatever the problem is, it’s either fixed or the item was replaced at no extra charge. If I wanted something better than a comparable item, I just pay the difference which is what happened when we had to get a new dishwasher. Which I thought was a good deal.

Overall great coverage and easy to work with Only downfall is that their prices keep going up, sometimes I was not aware and they do not give any discounts or lower prices; even if you are a long term customer.

I have been a customer now for 4-5 months. I have contacted AHS twice regarding appliances that needed attention. The thing that I am not happy with so far, is the amount of time I have had to wait for my repairs. It took 2 weeks to have my washing machine fixed. After the parts were already ordered and available, it took a week to have a technician come in and repair. I have a microwave that I reported first for repairs and Is not operating yet! Not sure If I will continue unless I see a change soon!

AHS is a very good company ..I am kept updated with emails and the app tells you exactly when the contractor is coming..good communication and great service All my appliances are always fixed or replaced with new ones I trust AHS

I had a contract with AHS for just under 6 months before cancelling. I set up 1 claim for clogged drain. I had to call AHS & the representative that assisted me implied that they forgot about me and apologized a lot. I wasn’t in a rush in this case, but it set the tone for future issues in my mind. To be fair I reside in a rural area, and I understand it might be harder to locate a plumber. Anyway, the plumber was fast, and fixed me right up. This reflected on the plumbing business not AHS.
