I appreciated the ease of filing a claim, the technician's responsiveness, and the resolution. It took a little longer than I liked to get the appliance fixed, but that's not the fault of the technician or the service.

The fact that he knew what the problem was immediately, ordered the part. However, because the problem still existed this part had to be reordered; which has been ordered. Just waiting for JD to replace the defected item

It's a little hard to communicate with the company itself. Once I am on with a representative everything goes wonderful. Such lovely people. Same with the service men that come to the house. Other than that I love AHS.

I like American Home Shield coverage, timeliness, and professionalism. Occasionally I have difficulty understanding the AHS rep but each is more than willing to assist with a service request even as I wait on the phone. Furthermore, I have used at least one of their utilized vendors for additional work at a great price.

Had to call them back a second time, the technician didn't fix the problem the first time. He returned and we weren't charged a second fee.
