Overall, VERY pleased with AHS and their services. Have been a customer for 30+ years and have received excellent service, repairs, and replacements for covered appliances. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the online and phone automated process makes it nearly impossible to speak to a human: and therefore also impossible to request a preferred service provider.

Always there for us.Good customer service for the most part.The best thing is the companies you all send out to make repairs.Have been disappointed in one yet.It seems to most always be a repair rather than a replace,but so far so good.Monthly price seems to go up every year as well.But we will remain customers until we notice or feel unfair treatment.I think we’ve had AHS for at least 5 years now,Not sure but close.

Reasonable prices that match the value of the service and products they repair or replace. If you think about it, this company will eventually have claims as something eventually will break down at your house. I filled out an online easy form to request service and I received text message updates to keep me in the loop until a plumber could call and confirm an appointment. I had a product within it's original warranty time and AHS handled everything.

I like their service and how they try to repair instead of replace. But I am disappointed when things can't be repaired how much my out of pocket expense is.

Very reliable with prompt and consistent response times. I have experienced both repairs and replacements, when the product could not be fixed. Contractors have been professional and skilled in their respective industries. There may be less expensive options available, but I have been very satisfied with the consistent quality of the work and ease of the process.
