Prompt service. Fixed the problem at a great price. Our old air conditioning system broke down, and they offered us a new system at a price thousands of dollars cheaper than other companies (we got another quote). This price was only because it was through American Home Shield. Our new system is in, and working great!
Very easy to request service online. AHS acknowledges the request immediately and assigns a contractor within 2-3 hours. The contractors, so far have been very reliable in setting up a time to service the problem and have done a good job of diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed.
